Experience & Education

With over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, I am a curator, project manager, and creative director dedicated to driving innovation and cultural impact. I hold a Master’s degree in Multimedia (University of Porto) and a Bachelor’s in Social Communication (UFRJ), building a career that bridges creativity and communication.

Creative Projects

My work has always pushed the boundaries of storytelling. I am the author of O Despertar do Pessoal and the creator of the immersive theatrical installation InCômodos—both recognized as cultural landmarks in Brazil.

These projects, along with my academic research on immersive narratives for social awareness, have positioned

me as a leader in gender equality and LGBTQ+ discussions.

Teaching & Advisory Roles

I share knowledge through teaching and speaking. Recently, I launched the online course Pitching for Entrepreneurs and the Creative Industries at ESPM, designed to help professionals communicate ideas with clarity, strategy, and impact. I also serve as a member of the Advisory Board at Colégio Sion (RJ), where I contribute external perspectives on social innovation, creativity, and education. This role allows me to connect interdisciplinary experience with initiatives that strengthen schools as transformative spaces for students, educators, and communities.

Leadership & Industry Impact

Currently, I am Head of Programming at RIO2C—Latin America’s premier creativity event. Each year, I lead the strategy and execution of programming across 21 diverse segments, bringing together over 1,200 speakers and 600+ panels to explore the future of Film & Television, Music, Brands, Sports, and Storytelling.

My career has also included coordinating international productions for leading institutions and collaborating with global personalities on artistically significant projects.
